These gentle and invigorating morning sessions, led by Nakai’s Artistic Director Jacob Zimmer, are designed to:
Start our day off right.
Build personal physical capacity and range.
Create shared experience and collaborative skills.
The mornings will start with individual practices and move towards group work and improvisation.
Stretching, breathing, shaking, dancing, making noises, walking, more dancing, maybe a little running will be all part of a morning, and everything is adaptable to different bodies and needs.
