Start your day with gentle, and energizing warm up.
Jacob and guests will draw on their expereinces in theatre and dance traditions including Release Technique, Image Work, Laban Efforts, vocal and breath vitality and capacity (Fitzmaurice and Linklater) to get us grounded, ready and warm for whatever the day has in store.

Paul Blinov is a Canadian Comedy Award-nominated writer, director, and performer. He's been a member of Edmonton's Rapid Fire Theatre since 2006, and is the company's former Director of Youth Education. Paul has taught and performed improv and sketch comedy across the world, from Toronto to Chiang Mai.
