Through simple movement and improv exercises, we’ll help settle our thoughts, ground our bodies and connect with others.
Led by Nakai staff, these sessions are intended to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost energy as you transition into the evening, but more importantly, are a chance to move, laugh, and connect in a supportive space.
No theatre experience is necessary, just come as you are and let's reset together.
