About the 2021 Festival
Nakai’s annual Pivot Festival sets out to restore spirits and bring people together in the cold, dark days of January - typically some of the hardest of the year up here. This feels even more important in the days of COVID-19.
While we plan for a different type of Pivot Festival in 2021, it is as essential as ever to continue in the face of current challenges – to provide warmth, laughs and company in the hard days of winter.
This year's festival is focused on local creators and things we can do online, with no flights or inter-territorial travel planned.
