EVERY WEEK includes theatre games, guest artists, inspiration and teachings from Tomorrow Today for Our Children Tomorrow as well as access to MakeSpace tools and technology. And snacks.

Participants will have opportunities to create short performances, audio or video that will be shared as part of Nakai’s Pivot Festival in January 2022 and other opportunities as appropriate. Any public presentation will be a paid opportunity.

Program directed by Lyndsay Amato and Melaina Sheldon with Jacob Zimmer, Norah Paton and Martin Nishikawa from the Nakai team.

Each week includes

- snacks and settling in time
- group check in
- theatre games and warmup
- reading and discussing a portion of Together Today for Our Children Tomorrow
- a sharing from a Yukon artist about their work and life and a creative prompt to spark inspiration.
- time to create together or individually, including use of Yukonstruct resources. See Less
