Gloria Mok (莫嘉詠) is a theatre creator, dramaturg, and designer. As a daughter of immigrants from Hong Kong, she is passionate about projects that transcend geographic, cultural, and linguistic barriers. Her childhood home is in Mississauga, but she now considers Whitehorse her second home. She is a graduate of the National Theatre School’s Production Design and Technical Arts program. She is the Producer at Nightswimming in Toronto, a dramaturgical company that commissions new theatrical projects and fosters performance research. She is the creator, performer and sound designer of Long Distance Relationships for Mythical Times, presented by Nakai Theatre at AFY March 21-23.
